You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction campaign success commercial growth by combining strategic relationship management hands-on project execution Client Stakeholder Management Act main point contact clients assigned accounts maintaining strong consultative relationships Understand client objectives campaign KPIs business goals co-develop strategies align outcomes Identify growth upsell opportunities existing accounts deliver data-driven recommendations enhance client success Campaign Project Management Lead end-end campaign delivery from client brief intake kick-off planning through execution tracking post-campaign analysis Coordinate internal teams ensure smooth timely delivery Manage production timelines approvals budget adherence campaigns delivered time brand within budget CMS Platform Management Use maintain proprietary rewards campaign management platform build update manage campaign microsites landing pages Collaborate creative design teams ensure campaign pages visually engaging user-friendly mobile-optimised Conduct testing UAT prior launch accuracy functionality devices Data Performance Insights Monitor performance dashboards analytics tools Interpret data identify trends risks opportunities optimisation Translate insights actionable recommendations present regularly Who we're looking for Hands-on experience CMS platforms WordPress Sitecore HubSpot proprietary equivalents Understanding digital marketing campaign mechanics consumer engagement journeys Strong analytical skills interpret dashboards campaign data drive optimisation Proven ability manage multiple projects simultaneously stakeholders markets Excellent communication presentation skills comfort speaking senior client stakeholders Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Being people-led business hire upon values believe our people make beloved culture unique.
