    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for real estate projects. This role will drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives to support revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end marketing operations, manage budgets, align closely with sales leadership, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
    • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials
    • Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility
    • Manage online listings, social media platforms, and multimedia content development
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials
    • Conceptualize and execute events, open houses, and marketing activations for prospective clients
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that support pipeline growth and conversions
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency
    • Present marketing strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
    • Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and agencies
    • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team
    • Drive initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand awareness
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
    • Proven experience supporting operations within the real estate industry
    • Proven experience in integrated marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution
    • Strong background in events management and multimedia content strategy
    • Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with sales performance and lead generation targets
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and budget management
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
