    Job Position: Operations Coordinator
    Location:     Remote (EST Timezone)

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to help oversee operations across our stores. The successful candidate will manage equipment, record purchases, handle maintenance requests, liaise with contractors and subcontractors, and perform administrative tasks (such as managing calendars and performing basic daily report reconciliation). Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage facility requests and equipment inventory.
    • Record all communications and maintenance requests accurately.
    • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks.
    • Follow up with contractors to ensure work completion.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Fluency in written English.
    • Experience with ticketing systems for managing maintenance requests
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
    • Ability to perform basic reconciliation of daily reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
    • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data entry, organization, and analysis.
    • Proficiency in Airtable is a plus, but we are open to candidates who are very tech-savvy and willing to learn.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn.
    • Previous experience in facilities management.
    • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in calendar management and task prioritization.
