Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource ManagementWith experience directly related and aligned with the positionDuties & Responsibilities:

Ensure to implement the standard process of all administrative functions.
Ensure to facilitate the implementation of the company policy.
Strict enforcement of sanctions to all prohibited acts on the premise.
Facilitate basic HR functions such as hiring, grievance concerns, and attendance disputes.
Coordinate with the bank (BDO) for ATM application and other payroll account concerns.
Assist to formulate strategic HR functions based on the current HR performance.
Timekeeping of weekly and semi-monthly paid employees.
Coordinate with all department heads regarding all HR processes such as leave applications, overtime, under time, disseminate of information, memos, and others.
Assist to lead co-HRs from other branches to check the implementation of company policies, monthly reports, and other processes.
Secure all confidentialities.
Lead the harmonized communication and provides support and guidance to employees in all departments.
