    Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees. HR involves functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and performance management.


    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for recruitment from job posting to preliminary interviews, scheduling of interviews, prepares preemployment requirements, follow ups applicants on their preemployment requirements
    • Responsible for accepting and/or receiving requirements of the applicants for completion and on boarding of the new hire employees to fill in the HR forms
    • Send daily reports of recruitment status and master list of new on board employee's
    • Responsible for making temporary ID of the new hire and enrolling in biometric machine of all offices within the area
    • Responsible for keeping, updating and maintaining employee's records (201 file), service incentive leave credits (SIL), and Medicard ID number
    • Send weekly report of the employees attendance for the tardiness concern
    • Responsible for gathering and keeping the entire daily attendance sheet (DAS) of employees during payroll period
    • Prepares summary of leave (vacation and sick), tardiness and approved overtime of employees during payroll period.
    • Responsible for distribution and/or releasing of pay slips, medicard and company ID to the employees
    • Responsible for processing employee relations concerns, such as but not limited to reviewing of reported incident report, drafting of the notice to explain (NTE), facilitating administrative hearing and drafting of the notice to explain;
    • Coordinates with the agencies all the mandatory benefits concerns of the staff, collates all the forms for submission to the agencies
    • Assists the HR Manager with professional organizations, programs, and committee responsibilities
    • Incharge of the employees exit and ensures that all resigned employees have completed the exit clearance, no pending accountabilities or if any outstanding balance should properly endorse to the agencies subject for last pay deduction.
