    Recruitment Officer
    I. BASIC PURPOSE


    • Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment activities within
    assigned area with the objective of providing qualified personnel for principal
    requirements.


    • Also performs other functions or participates in adhoc projects as may be assigned from
    time to time.

    III. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    FINANCIAL

    Provides relevant input concerning recruitment activities
    within assigned area which may be necessary in the
    preparation and implementation of annual departmental
    plans and budget.

    Reviews and monitors section expenses to ensure that these
    are in accordance with approved budget.

    Conducts recruitment activities which include but not limited

    to sourcing, pooling, screening, authentication of pre-employment documents, administration of examinations and

    background investigation, ensuring employing qualified and
    competent crew and meeting principal requirements.
    Manages the pool / database of candidates ensuring

    Version 1.3

    availability of applicants at any given time.
    Monitors use of various sourcing methods to ensure steady
    supply of applicants for pooling.

    IV. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum education requirement : 4 year College graduate

    Ideal education requirement :
    any Behavioral course graduate


    • Minimum job-related experience : 2 years
    • On-the-job training required : 6 months
