    Job Summary:

    As a Sourcing Specialist, youâd be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for building and creating talent pipeline, both for active and passive talent requisitions. This role will leverage your strength in sourcing, screening, and building good relationships with stakeholders.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Source potential candidates with traditional and non-traditional channels
    • Build and engage talent pool to delivery talents in a timely manner
    • Support and create recruiting strategy with effective sourcing strategy
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline for both active and passive workforce plans
    • Deliver the right talent for each specific requisition
    • Conduct initial assessment of resumes via paper screening
    • Harvest and upload candidate details through manual tracker and in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Building and maintaining a good relationship with your candidates, clients and other stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • At least 2 years of talent sourcing experience with background in corporate and tech hiring
    • Strong knowledge in using both traditional and non-traditional channels
    • Good communication skills
    • Good stakeholder management
    • Strong networking skills
    • With a can-do attitude
    • Detail oriented
    • Excellent skills in MS Excel
    • Willing to report onsite (BGC, Taguig)

    Good to have:

    • Working knowledge in different ATS and Lark Suite
