    As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment process outsourcing initiatives. With 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, you will leverage your expertise to source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of positions across different industries. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive success.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies that align with their goals.
    • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure timely communication.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and clients.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline status, screening outcomes, and time-to-fill metrics.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.'
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) environment.
    • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify and engage candidates for various roles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
    • Preferred experience in using ICIMS
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and driving client satisfaction.
    • Agile and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, high-pressure environment'
