    up to Php24,000JOB DESCRIPTIONThis role is reporting to the Sales Support Team Lead. It is a full-time role, with a hybrid work arrangement (on as per need basis).


    Operational :


    Process deals created by the sales team and process user purchasesPerform verifications on deals (requirements and payment provided)Manage commercial account manager concernsCoordinate with relevant departments for requests provided by the sales team (bugs, trade materials, SKU requests)Accountable for operational commercial projects/tests required by the commercial verticalsManage sales CRM tools (Salesforce)Monitor and remind clients with recurring payments and help collect if necessaryPerform outbound calls to ensure customer successCheck market standing via liquidity testSupport Philippine marketQUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years in College/University in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics or IT related coursesExperience with CRM or subscription management tool (Salesforce, Base, Chargebee, etc.)

    is preferred6 months to 1 year Sales Support or CSR Sales experienceFamiliarity with MS Excel functions (pivot, vlookup, etc) and Google products is a plusStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and FilipinoAbility to be flexible, problem-solve, and wear multiple hats in a start-up and multicultural environmentAbility to analyze and solve complex technical issues- Strong attention to details and desire to follow proceduresHigh level of integrity, honesty, and judgement;Diligence and discipline in work ethicsWilling to work on a weekend or holiday if necessary
