    Customer Service Representative Job Description

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Travel Specialist to join our team. As a Chat support, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional customer service and memorable experiences. You will utilize your expertise in destination knowledge, travel products, and industry trends to create customized itineraries that cater to clients' preferences and budget. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for travel.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, travel products, accommodations, transportation options, and activities.
    • Plan and create customized itineraries based on clients' requirements, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
    • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to clients' timelines.
    • Research and stay up-to-date on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to provide clients with the latest information and options.
    • Negotiate with travel suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals for clients.
    • Collaborate with colleagues, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to resolve any issues or concerns during clients' travel.
    • Assist clients with travel-related documentation, such as visas, passports, and travel insurance.
    • Handle client inquiries, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and transactions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering long-term loyalty.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Open for College Graduate, College under-graduate and SHS Graduates
    • With at least 6 months BPO Experience; CHAT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular attractions, culture, and local customs
    • Familiarity with travel products, such as flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation services
    • Proven work experience as a Travel Specialist/Agent or similar role
    • Proficiency in English
    • Customer oriented mindset
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
    • Willing to work on shifting schedules.
    • Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
