    Job Description

    The Functional Analyst/System Analyst for Web and Mobile Applications will be responsible for Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Implementation of projects and enhancements in collaboration with Solution Architects, Developers, Testers, and other IT resources (System Administrator, Infrastructure, Network and IT Security). This person will also handle L1 Support for Incidents and Service Requests related to the assigned Web and Mobile Applications such as, but not limited to, granting user access and roles and data extraction.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, and other relevant fields
    • At least 3 years of experience in Application Design/System Analyst/Functional Analyst Roles for Web and/or Mobile Applications in the areas of Design, Incident Resolution, Service Request Fulfillment, Implementation, Enhancement, Customization, and Integrations
    • Experience in the Service Industry is preferred, especially in Utilities and Telecommunications
    • Experience in SDLC and Agile methodology
    • Experience in documenting, analyzing and recommending Customer Experience Journey is preferred
    • Experience in creating User Stories, WBS, Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications Document, Test Scripts, Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Training Materials.
    • Experience in end-to-end system/application implementation is preferred
    • Experience in Project Management is preferred
    • Strong in business process analysis, system analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking
    • Knowledge in basic Marketing, Sales and After Sales (e-Commerce) processes
    • Knowledge in ITIL is preferred
    • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
