    WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT
    The position will be acquiring the IWS Internal Trainer role and is expected to act as a pioneer for the 'Culture Change' going forward. The purpose of the position includes training the organization by 'Learn-Do-Teach' approach about subjects under his/her responsibilities, supporting DMS Owners to build knowledge in their DMSs, increasing IWS capabilities of line crew, and taking required actions to successfully implement IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at the whole factory where implementation lines will be changing every 4 months in line with IWS deployment plan. To ensure the Lines are not constrained due to the lack of technical capability or knowledge. Ensure all maintenance tasks are planned, organized, and executed with the least effort at the best cost. To transfer knowledge to the Line teams and ensure the proper level of skills and qualifications successfully deploy the loss elimination skills needed for the Line to deliver the line and team goals. Provide coaching, teaching, and assessment of PM and AM step 4 implementation. To promote the reapplication of approaches across the site and across the network if part of the platform or regional PM team. To ensure alignment with Line Leader and AM teams, supporting the training and development of equipment /process/area/ system, owners

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
    • Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering course
    • Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role – Senior technical or maintenance role previously in the Make & Pack Tobacco Industry
    • Experience with working together and managing technicians & operators, and able to come up with solutions for production processes optimization and establishment
    • Administrative and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of the tobacco industry will be an additional advantage.
    • Proficient in English language both oral and written communication.

    • SAP knowledge for production transactions (Intermediate level)
    WHAT WILL YOU DO
    KPI's Responsibility - Initiates and realizes necessary maintenance activities in line with written procedures and guidelines in the frame of EHS rules in order to achieve production KPI's (volume, quality, OEE, MTBF, UPDT, PDT, reject ratio, etc) of assigned M&P Lines.
    Break down and Maintenance:
    • Lead the review of the previous job completion results, other maintenance activities, and today's plan in the Daily Meeting. Plans should be adjusted accordingly based on scheduled work, scheduled work completion, and break-in work.
    • Review and prioritize SAP work orders and notifications within 24 hours of generation.
    • The work order backlog is current, sorted for reporting, and is managed to best meet the Compelling Business Need.
    Maintenance:
    • Actively support and coordinate with the Cell Lead, Process Lead & Line Team the planned stop, incorporating SAP work orders and maintenance tasks into the Plan. Lead optimization with Cell Lead & Process Lead of startup and shutdown of Line and major maintenance interventions.
    • Coordination of planned maintenance activities and planning the maintenance activities to be executed during planned stoppages
    • Tracking spare part usage in order to achieve spare parts usage targets
    • Lead the scheduling of maintenance work for the next week during the Weekly Planning Meeting.
    • Lead the scheduling of maintenance work in The Monthly Meeting to schedule maintenance work for the next month as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work.
    IWS
    • Deliver training and coaching for DMS (Daily Management Systems) owners and line crew on respective knowledge areas in order to run RTT(Run to target) deployments
    • Support DMS owners and line crew in understanding, using, and further deploying IWS tools.
    • Contribute to mindset change within the respective factory through training delivery and coaching activities, in line with the IWS concept.
    • Support line crew in developing training materials, and OPLs documentation and ensure those are accessible to target audience.
    • Report all deviations from IWS standards observed on the production line in regards to tools, DMSs, DDSs, and other related.
    • Develop the operating teams' technical understanding and capability
    • Be responsible for the Break Down elimination and MP&S DMSs (Daily Management Systems).
    • Attend daily/weekly/monthly DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings and spread the IWS DDS structure according to the deployment plan.
    • Coordinate all technical activities in production lines assigned to her/him in line with Environment Health & Safety guidelines and ensure 5S3R standards.
    • Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Initiate and realize necessary actions for the achievement of production KPIs.
    • Coordinate implementation of technical activities within associated production lines in coordination with given directions by the superior.
