    Job Description:
    • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns 360° from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with internal and external partners.
    • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels (both online and offline)
    • Analyze insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
    • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
    • Stays on top of all merchant-related special/standard campaigns
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey marketing messages to target audiences.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
