- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to support company growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for expansion, including conducting location analysis and feasibility assessments.
- Support negotiations with property lessors, landlords, and partners to secure commercially viable lease terms and agreements.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with revenue and expansion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, lessors, and LGUs to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Prepare business presentations, financial proposals, feasibility studies, and documentation for internal approvals and external negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project rollout and operational readiness.
- Monitor pipeline performance, track leads, and prepare regular progress and expansion reports for management review.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and location selection.
- Represent the company in networking events, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with Local Government Units (LGUs) to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth execution of expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, expansion planning, sales, or account management.
- Experience in negotiating with property lessors and securing commercial lease agreements.
- Strong ability to identify high-potential locations based on market data, foot traffic, demographics, and commercial viability.
- Solid understanding of market research, feasibility studies, and revenue forecasting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functionally to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Exposure to coordination and negotiation with LGUs is an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willing to travel as required.
