    Job Summary

    The Business Development Assistant Manager supports the execution of business growth and expansion strategies by identifying new market opportunities, securing strategic locations, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving revenue-generating initiatives. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professional capable of coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including Local Government Units (LGUs) and property lessors, to ensure successful project implementation and sustainable expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships to support company growth.
    • Identify and evaluate potential sites for expansion, including conducting location analysis and feasibility assessments.
    • Support negotiations with property lessors, landlords, and partners to secure commercially viable lease terms and agreements.
    • Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with revenue and expansion targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, lessors, and LGUs to ensure long-term collaboration.
    • Prepare business presentations, financial proposals, feasibility studies, and documentation for internal approvals and external negotiations.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless project rollout and operational readiness.
    • Monitor pipeline performance, track leads, and prepare regular progress and expansion reports for management review.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and location selection.
    • Represent the company in networking events, client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
    • Coordinate and negotiate with Local Government Units (LGUs) to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth execution of expansion initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Preferably with relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry.
    • Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, expansion planning, sales, or account management.
    • Experience in negotiating with property lessors and securing commercial lease agreements.
    • Strong ability to identify high-potential locations based on market data, foot traffic, demographics, and commercial viability.
    • Solid understanding of market research, feasibility studies, and revenue forecasting.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functionally to ensure smooth project implementation.
    • Exposure to coordination and negotiation with LGUs is an advantage.
    • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
    • Willing to travel as required.
