    Offer Management Associate, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    Offer Management Associate is expected to: Troubleshoot inventory at Recom's warehouses without active offers in Seller Central preventing the selling of purchased goods while ensuring proper risk mitigation processes are followed
    Investigate and troubleshoot errors across various catalog systems and tools, including undocum ented discontinuations, redundant offers, offer corruption and purchasing conflicts
    Use catalogs and price lists to ensure the status of all items (active vs. discontinued) is known and consistent across systems
    Ensure all offers utilize proper fulfillment weights and dimensions to guarantee correct FBA fees are charged
    Maintain and update Amazon catalog data points via Seller Central uploads including Brand Names, List Prices, Expiration Data, and Weights and Dimensions
    Maintain and update internal catalog data within Recom's Dashboard and catalog database
    Reconcile data internally for consistency across systems used by teams within the Optimization organization
    Submit Amazon support cases as needed
    Work efficiently to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work with attention to detail
    Perform other duties as assigned
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    1-3 years of Amazon Seller Central experience
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    Strong project management experience that will allow the candidate to simultaneously communicate with Amazon and meet strict deadlines
    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Incorporate feedback and take direction well
    Listening skills; ability to understand assignments, take notes, and complete projects in an efficient and timely manner
    Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions
    Strong computer skills; proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
