- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the company's employee listening strategy through organisational culture and engagement programs and surveys
- Lead the development and implementation of DEI programs that align with the global DEI strategy and policies, track measures of success through key metrics and support DEI employee resource groups
- Mature the end-to-end processes across the talent management and succession planning cycle, adhering to global practices and scaling it across the organisation
- Lead the ongoing implementation of the company's leadership traits across the employee lifecycle, including career development and flagships programs such as Inclusive Leadership, Executive Mentoring, High Performing teams and the global graduate experience
- Elevate the employee experience by designing and developing interventions for the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle
- Support regional talent strategies with alignment to global priorities and the employee value proposition
- Gather external trends and resources to inform progress and maturity of Organisational Development and DEI initiatives, driving insight for further action or review
- Undertake reporting and analysis of global organisational development, DEI, talent and leadership activities to measure their effectiveness
- Collaborates with global and regional/ BU HR teams to execute on key activities
- Tertiary qualified in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, Commerce or related discipline
- 5-7 years' experience post professional qualification in Talent and Development, Talent management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and/ or Organisational Development
- Must have worked with multinational or global companies/shared services
- Proven ability to manage programs across multiple stakeholder groups, work in cross functional teams and maintain strong communications and engagement
- Demonstrated experience with change management and innovative problem solving
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data for problem identification and solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
