    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    This document shall stipulate all works to be performed as a Project Coordinator to supportSustainability Consultancy projects of AEP D+S Consulting such as but not limited to LEED, WELL,BERDE, and EDGE

    For the assigned projects:
    1. Coordinate project requirements to the Project Team through emails, virtual, and face to facemeetings.2. Prepare meeting materials, attend and represent the Project Lead in either virtual or face toface meetings.3. Assist the Project Lead in preparing green building certification assessment as required for theproject.4. Assist the Project Lead in preparing progress reports for submission to the Principal.5. Attend site visits to ensure green building compliance on site.6. Regularly update the Project Lead on the progress of the project.

    RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROJECT COORDINATORThe Project Coordinator shall:1. Provide the Services in accordance with the Program.2.

    Exercise the degree of skill, care and diligence normally exercised by members of theprofession performing services of a similar nature and in accordance with the code of ethics ofthe institution or other body which governs the profession.3.

    Remain fully responsible for all Services provided by the Project Coordinator4. Be bound to comply with any direction of the Project Lead to vary the scope of services.


    LOCATION:
    The role will be hybrid. However, the Project Coordinator is expected to undertake business travel andwork away from base as appropriate to the job.


    HOURS OF WORK:


    Normal working hours are 40 hours per week, and such other hours may be reasonably required for theproper performance of the role.

    The Project Coordinator is expected to meet the requirements of theproject and client in a timely manner.
