- Global Talent Acquisition Execution: Tailor recruitment strategies for local markets, oversee role design, remuneration, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
- Internal Talent & Succession Development: Identify high-potential internal talent, support development pathways, and strengthen leadership bench.
- Talent Pipelines & Market Intelligence: Build proactive pipelines for key roles, provide competitive insights, and refine AAT's employer value proposition.
- Governance & Standards: Ensure professional, ethical, compliant recruitment practices and maintain high standards of candidate care and confidentiality.
- Trusted strategic advisor to senior executives with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven track record as a senior recruiter or headhunter, successfully placing senior and specialist roles globally.
- Deep expertise in proactive candidate search, engagement, and assessment.
- Experience managing multi-country recruitment across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Strong judgement and discretion when handling sensitive leadership-level matters.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (required).
- 8–12+ years in senior talent acquisition, executive search, or headhunting roles.
- Experience recruiting internationally across multiple jurisdictions (required).
- Prior leadership experience in talent acquisition or executive search for multinational organisations (highly desirable).
- HR, recruitment, or executive search certification (desirable).
- Based in Manila with global responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones (Australia, Asia, USA) as required.
