    Mission


    Supports the lawyer in the management and organization of legal files in compliance with legal provisions, regulations and internal rules.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Prepares legal files and contracts: analyzes files/contracts, drafts contract documentation or contract management elements, monitors contract files, updates contracts, conducts legal research, drafts briefing notes on risks and opportunities, etc.
    • Assists lawyers in the preparation of negotiations
    • Monitors budgets, provisions, expenses, etc.
    • Takes charge of administrative tasks: administrative processing of files, filing, archiving, etc.
    • Participates in regulatory watch: conducts legal research, follows the evolution of regulations and case law, etc.
    • Ensures reporting: updated tracking tables
    • Ensures the interface between lawyers and external organizations
    • Manages the legal documentary database: updates file tracking data
    • Preferably with experience in handling Japanese contracts, Japanese law as well as knowledge in Japanese language is a plus.

    Profile

    • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of experience
