    Job responsibilities:

    • Act as Country Marketing head to lead initiatives to grow market share profitably
    • Conduct in-depth market study to identify growth opportunities
    • Design and develop value proposition and customer experience to meet target segment needs
    • Plan and execute campaigns to acquire, grow and retain customers
    Requirements:
    • 5 years of relevant experience with proven result
    • Strong analytical skill, ability to influence others, good communication & story-telling skill
    • Experience in building and leading high-performing team a plus
    • Bachelor degree or above, in Marketing or related field
