    SummaryThe Senior Analytics and Automation Analyst will execute the data analytics and automation program (DAAP) designed to support Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management's (ERM) purpose of adding value and improving operations of Teledoc through the delivery of data driven insights, analytics, and products. This position will be responsible for delivering the DAAP annual plan under the guidance of Internal Audit and ERM leadership.
    A Senior Analytics and Automation Analyst is expected to:
    • Assist in developing the analytics and automation roadmap in consultation with leadership
    • Lead execution of the roadmap and on demand analytics driven projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data owners, and centers of excellence
    • Support periodic reporting on department and program operations
    • Contribute to maturing DAAP strategy, methodologies and capabilities with supporting tools and techniques
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and collaborate on analytics and automation opportunities
    • Communicate business insights, impacts of insights and actionable recommendations to management
    • Provide recommendations for application of analytics and automation in risk-based audit engagements and technical support for data analysis, as needed
    • As needed, assist with departmental projects and strategic initiative
    • What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.)
    • Three or more years of audit, analytics, automation or relevant experience
    • Knowledge of data analytics lifecycle with ability to identify and apply appropriate techniques
    • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau, Power BI etc.
    • Strong SQL knowledge and programming experience in R or Python
    • Knowledge of automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Understanding of data quality governance, data warehousing and ETL techniques
    • Prior audit experience or understanding of risks and internal controls.
    • Exposure to project management tools such as JIRA, Aha etc.
