- Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
- Preferably with at least with 1 year experience in supervising service calls.
- Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment and Air-conditioning.
- With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Directly responsible for the daily service scheduling/dispatching of service technicians.
- Prepares proposal / quotations to customers.
- Prepares summary of parts sales forecast in consultation with the Service Analyst.
- Decides on the degrees of repair required for a job, parts reusability and mode of parts and materials to be ordered.
- Plans and schedules service orders in accordance with priorities, parts availability and manpower availability.
- Regularly communicates to superior and other managers such pertinent information to improve or maintain coordination with other departments and service to customers.
- Coordinates with the authorized personnel on ordering and makes a follow-up of parts needed by his section.
