    General Duties

    REPLACEMENT OF MARI ELYSSA LIM

    Project coordination and monitoring of design deliverables done by the external ID
    consultant under Interior Design group.

    Provides design coordination to other departments, such as but not limited to the following:
    . Requests for professional fees proposals from external ID consultant
    . Requests for as-built plans for Architectural and MEPFS for residential projects which will be given to
    external consultant


    Prepares the following documents:
    Inter office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by BAC
    Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award
    Vendor code for foreign consultants
    Legal documents such as contracts for signing and notarization
    Coordination of travel documents such as plane tickets, per diem, hotel bookings requested by
    both local and foreign consultants for out of town and international projects
    Payment processing of consultants' progress billings
    .

    Monitors and coordinates the timetable with CMD and PD for the following design deliverables:

    Concepts, floor plan with furniture layout, 3D rendered perspectives and material boards
    Bid plans and full construction drawings
    ID booklets such as material finishes and specifications, lighting fixtures, toilet fixtures, accessories
    budget, artworks and others
    .

    Coordination of meetings between the consultant and other departments for the following:

    Kick-off meeting
    Technical meetings during ID Planning stage
