- Ensure effective management and administration of the LMS, including user management, course uploads, and system troubleshooting.
- Lead and manage a team of instructional designers and e-learning specialists to develop and deliver engaging online courses and training materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop e-learning strategies.
- Provide technical support and training to instructors and learners on the use of the LMS and other e-learning tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms, including their management and utilization.
- Knowledge of different e-learning authoring tools and their functionalities.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
