    Job Description
    • US Retail Account Overview Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service to our US-based clients by addressing inquiries related to account specific products and services, process order placement and tracking, refunds and replacement, and other shopping account management through multi-channels (call, email, and chat) Qualifications Must be 18 and above At least a High School or Senior High School graduate without call center experience Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented Must be amenable to work in Cyber Gate, Mandaluyong Skills Required Excellent oral and written communication for personalized interaction Must exhibit active listening Must have keen attention to details Must have good conversational skills Must have good problem solving and analytical skills Ability to arrive at decisions independently and demonstrate persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously Ability to probe effectively Ability to sell using consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches on customer purchases
    Skills Required
    • Ability to effectively resolve problems and be efficient in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to handle, empathize, pacify, and control irate customers.
    • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
    • Ability to multitask such as simultaneously using telephone and computer skills
    • Ability to probe effectively
    • Ability to resolve customer concerns and problems at first contact by following a step by step call flow approach.
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Must exhibit active listening
    • Must have good conversational skills
    • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
    • Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous, empathetic and professional manner
    • Responsible for resolving customer needs, concerns and problems
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
    • Candidates must be a High School or Senior High School Graduate.
    • Amenable to work in graveyard shifts
    • Amenable to working in shifting schedules.
    • Excellent command of English
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Must be a graduate of any course (associate / vocational / diploma / bachelor's degree) with or without call center experience
    • Strong analytical skills with an attention to details
    • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
    • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
    • Must be 18 years old and above
    • Completed at least 2 years in college (no back/failed subject)
    • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
    • Must be available for employment ASAP
