    Job Description
    • Successful candidates will provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services through chat
    Skills Required
    • Excellent written communication
    • Must have keen attention to details
    • Must have good conversational skills
    • Must have good negotiation skills
    • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
    • Ability to probe effectively
    • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
    • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Completed at least 2 years of College with or without call center experience
    • High school or senior high school graduate with at least 6 months call center experience handling international account
    • Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
    • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
