- Lead the design and development of testing script frameworks using Python to ensure efficient and accurate testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and leverage these frameworks for software testing purposes.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices for testing script framework development and fostering a culture of excellence within the testing team.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing framework technologies and industry best practices, keeping our testing processes at the cutting edge.
- Play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of testing script framework documentation, including architectural diagrams and usage guidelines.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on designing and implementing testing script frameworks.
- Familiarity with the payment industry or a related domain.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Expertise in multiple testing framework technologies.
- In-depth proficiency in designing and implementing testing script frameworks using Python, JavaScript, and C#.
- Strong programming skills and scripting expertise.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on creating robust, reusable, and efficient testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
