    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Scheduler to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules, as well as creating resource usage models and predictions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimise project schedules in a cross-functional team environment. The Project Scheduler will play a key role in the development and oversight of development- and construction-related project schedules.

    What you'll do:

    As a Project Scheduler, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be working closely with various stakeholders including technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating and managing project schedules. You will have the opportunity to make critical decisions regarding process control, procurement strategies and risk management. Your expertise will be crucial in tracking, analysing and reporting on project progress while ensuring the accuracy of our project schedules. Your ability to coordinate tasks effectively will ensure smooth operations within our organisation.

    • Work closely with technical experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules.
    • Make informed decisions regarding the best process control, procurement, subcontracting, risk management, assignment coordination, customer interaction, and activity duration.
    • Create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in accordance with standards of best project practice.
    • Track, analyse, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
    • Ensure accuracy of project schedules and perform version control.
    • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.
