    An
    Admin Assistant (CE Specialist) is expected to:


    The
    Admin Assistant (CE Specialist) are in-charge of collecting and updating employee data needed by the supervisors in decision making.

    They are also in-charge of all other administrative duties such as printing and filling out of forms and other documents.

    They are also responsible for the execution of short term projects under the department. Some specialists may be assigned to assist the account managers.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    . Help the Client Experience Account Managers monitor and track the daily attendance
    . Monitor and track daily schedule compliance
    . Manages and updates employee records
    . Manages and updates project records
    . Liaise with other departments to ensure that all requests are completed on time
    . Process and client projects such as data encoding, content writing, transcription, research, and analysis.
    . Assist in disseminating information to employees like updates on policies and company events.
    . Create, maintain and administer schedules for outsourced staff, in coordination with the team leaders/supervisors
    . Update statistical reports used in management decision-making with the help of the Reports Analyst - particularly attendance reports and trends, schedule adherence and other reports that may be useful in operations planning and management
    . All other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    . Bacheloru0027s Degree in any field.
    . With at least six (6) months of relevant experience.
    . Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
    . Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
    . Proficient in MS Office applications
    .
    Amenable to work on Night shift schedule
    .
    Amenable to Work On-Site in Ortigas (Hybrid)
