    Job Summary:

    • Focusing on growing and developing new business.
    • Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executivesponsors) in assigned customer accounts.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, finance, logistics,production and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives andcustomers' expectations.
    • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutualperformance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones including customer quarterlyperformance review.
    Process customer requirements on a timely manner based on company standard procedure andcustomers' expectations.
    • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating theinvolvement of all necessary company personnel.
    • Communicate clear progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholder on forecastmanagement and account progress report.
    • Assist with high sensitivity request or issue escalations as needed.
    • Other responsibilities which may be assign by immediate superior.
