    Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Real Estate Investor. Our respective client is looking for a Fund Accountant who will be responsible for the bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting functions for several real estate investment funds. This role requires onsite work in Mandaluyong City and will be reporting to the Head of Accounting.

    Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and consolidation of financial statements.
    • Conducting cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
    • Comparing actual financial performance against budgets.
    • Generating management reports.
    • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Identifying opportunities for system and process improvements.
    • Handling statutory reporting obligations, including preparing quarterly business activity statements and income tax returns, and integrating tax statements into financial accounts.
    • Coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.
    • Preparing financial information to facilitate timely completion of audits and tax returns.
    • Collaborating with external bank relationship managers and, where applicable, property managers.

    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or any related course.
    • At least 5 years experience in accounting.
    • Experience working with Australian company.
    • Exceptional double-entry accounting knowledge.
    • Experience in MRI system preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, outlook and PowerPoint is essential
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written a must.
    • Highly organized.
    • Capable of working independently, with high attention to detail and accuracy of data entry.
