    Senior Fund AdministratorJob Description:

    • Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scalingour CFO services.
    Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:
    o Capital calls and distributionso Audit/tax supporto Pre/post close serviceso Quarterly and annual financialso Limited Partner communications

    • Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helpingthem utilize our tools and resources such as:o Real-time IRRo Real-time portfolio data
    • Provide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)Requirements
    • You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience
    • You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience
    • You have an accounting or finance degree
    • You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
    • You have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisionsversus escalate them
    • You're interested in providing best-in-class-service
    • You communicate information in a timely, appropriate and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders andare able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
    • You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration. Haveexperience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.
    • You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
    • You're interested in working on projects in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team and as anindividual
    • You have experience mentoring/coaching junior accountant
