- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and training sessions on compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and systems.
- Stay abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and industry trends, proactively adapting policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations .
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs that drive organizational excellence and mitigate risk.
- Experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
