- Identify new store site to tap new market, including mapping areas for development and competitors expected.
- Design and assess new business models/stores including financial projections for new locations.
- Update management on real estate developments in the industry including competition.
- Implement and monitor effectiveness of store conversion strategies
- Coordinate with other departments for the pre-opening activities of the franchised stores
- Identify improvement opportunities of the brand.
- Creatively seek ideal locations before competitors can consider them
- Organize business meetings with the franchisees (e.g. Franchise Business Forum) to inform existing franchisees of plans/programs of the company.
- Assist in developing, marketing, and executing the Shakey's Franchising program.
- Assist in planning and executing the company's participation during trade shows and exhibits.
- Source and tap potential business partners.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in similar field; 1 year of which in similar capacity
- Preferably a graduate of a 4-year Business course- Commerce, Administration, Management, or Economics
- Literate on MS Office (Word, Excel) and Open Office
- Organized, Quick Learner, Persuasive and Responsive
