    An IT Consultant is expected to:
    • Listen to client issues attentively and document them for timely resolution.
    • Assist clients with support requests, taking ownership of the issue until resolution, or coordinating resources as needed.
    • Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktop, software, and network functionality, connectivity, management, monitoring, and other hardware or software issues.
    • Collaborate with the Jones IT Team to share experiences, tools, and information proactively, enhancing efficiency and teamwork for the company and clients.
    • Document solutions and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
