    What you'll be doing:
    • Create and design comprehensive plans for automated testing that encompass tests which deliver business value by reducing manual regression testing work
    • Provide estimates for producing automated tests and work to the estimates to deliver
    • Formulate and maintain test scripts and code using Robot Framework to provide effective, reliable regression tests
    • Write acceptance tests and tests scripts to create automatic tests that can be run and re-run to validate the bugs that are not introduced into existing software
    • Ensure that your code is flexible, efficient, maintainable and easy to work with, and can be picked up by other automation quality engineers easily
    • Periodically revise and adapt automated test scripts to align with evolving requirements and software modifications
    • Conduct automated performance testing to evaluate system performance under load, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance
    • Setup and maintain integration with test management software so that results of automation test runs are instantly recorded and can be reported on
    • Maintain an ideal structure for testing within test management software so that audit reports highlighting test outcomes can be quickly and easily generated and presented
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automated testing to enhance testing strategies and methodologies.
    Provide training and mentorship to junior testers or team members on automated testing techniques, tools, and best practices.
    • Help with other testing activities of the testing team when necessary

    What we need you to have:
    • Excellent Written and Spoken English
    • At least 5 years working in a Software Quality Engineering role
    • At least 3 years experience working with automated testing tools
    • Experience researching and implementing automation testing
    • Deep understanding of software technology and implementation practices
    • Quiet and distraction-free workspace
    • Modern and reliable computer with quality microphone, headset and webcam for clear communication
    • Fast and reliable internet connection (fiber or Starlink, not mobile internet)
    • Backup internet connection or work location for when your main internet connection is having issues
    • Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
    • Must be currently residing in the Philippines
    • Available to work from 7am to 4pm PH time (with 1 hour of breaks).
