    Position Summary

    Our client is currently seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to spearhead the implementation of targeted, multi-touch email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging Marketo to create audiences, establish conditional workflows, and ensure precise delivery timing. This role entails developing scalable processes to uphold lead generation best practices and proficiently manage databases. The primary focus will be on optimizing open and click-through rates through strategic email deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage, create, test, and deploy diverse email campaigns and programs.
    • Assist in audience segmentation, email customization, and campaign analysis.
    • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
    • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes for internal review.
    • Code mobile-responsive HTML email templates to ensure optimal user experience.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Collaborate closely with various marketing teams, including campaign, content, brand, and product marketing.
    • Stay abreast of email marketing best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and marketing analytics.
    • Proficiency in HTML and CSS with a proven ability to code responsive email templates.
    • Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices, including email deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams and functions.
