    Role Summary: The IT Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for executing and maintaining both routine and transitional financial operations, ensuring the company's finances are meticulously managed and aligned with strategic goals. This role demands proactive leadership in budget management, cost optimization, and financial analysis to support informed decision-making across the company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Execute and maintain approved, forecasted, and actual budget details, ensuring financial operations adhere to company standards.
    • Provide leadership and strategic financial insights to management, aiding in decision-making processes.
    • Manage the operational expenditure (OPEX) budget, including preparation, monitoring, and control to guarantee cost centers adhere to their allocated budgets.
    • Identify and implement cost efficiencies and optimizations within business processes to enhance financial performance.
    • Lead and execute project and cost-saving initiatives in a structured manner, demonstrating an ability to complete tasks effectively.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to forecast and maintain accurate budget details, ensuring financial coherence across departments.
    • Maintain transparency between approved and actual budgets for each area, providing necessary feedback to optimize financial planning.
    Financial Reporting and Analysis:


    • Spearhead the financial data support, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Close monthly accounting books for the revolving portfolio, providing detailed explanations for current month figures.
    • Prepare data and documents for audits, regulatory reports for headquarters, local teams, and compliance reports for external government agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, BSP).
    • Analyze trends in key performance indicators across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and receivables to inform strategic planning.
    • Support managerial financial processes including monthly estimates, pacing, and forecasting.
    Desired Experience and Expertise:


    • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
    • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Excel (Analytical Functions, Pivots, Macros, etc.).
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, problem-solve, and work independently on financial models.
    Technical Skills:


    • Advanced skills in Oracle SQL and Excel, including analytical functions, pivot tables, and macros.
    Behavioral Skills:


    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
    • Effective communicator with strong cooperation skills across departments.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with exceptional ability to communicate at all levels.
    Nice to Have:


    • Previous experience in IT, Fintech, or Banking sectors.
