    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Develop implement pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and market conditions.

    2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

    3. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecast, and performance analyses to the management.

    4. Analyses the department's strengths and weaknesses and recommend necessary actions to Management.

    5. Bid projects, lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

    6. Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring reliable and cost-effective sourcing of services.

    7. Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and forecasting, to support decision-making and profitable improvement.

    8. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

    9. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and newly acquired customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

    10. Train the team to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.

    11. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    12. Attend or lead sales meetings, customer workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews for existing Multinational Corporation warehousing accounts with growth potential.

    13. Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide service solutions to the customer.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or any related business courses (master's degree is an advantage)
    2. At least more than 5 years of experience in contract logistics (with relevant experience in international freight forwarding and warehousing is an advantage) or relevant experience.
    3. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
    4. Excellent knowledge in industry product, market trends, and customer preferences.
    5. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
