    Role Description

    This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world.     • Ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, exceeding client expectation and consistent across all disciplines.
    • Coordinate with the project's leadership team, agree the GEC scope and budget and identify any risks in the delivery.
    • Help the project's leadership team in creating the delivery plan, GEC workforce plan.
    • Stakeholder management.
    • Report the progress of GEC's scope and changes in the agreed scope, if any. Then provide the updated delivery plan and budget.
    • Coordinate with Client, Region and other GECs activities required to produce engineering deliverables.
    • Perform task reviews with the discipline leads/task managers
    • Report project updates and outcome of the task reviews to the GEC Project Director.

    Role accountabilities:

    • Perform a role following the Arcadis behavioural framework.
    • Manage the delivery of elements of projects under Arcadis management systems to meet the time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets
    • Work to ensure maximum performance and proactively work with the team members in Arcadis GECs, other Arcadis regions and Arcadis clients.
    • Promote the culture of the business
    • Work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
    • A Masters degree is an advantage
    • Project management experience and PMP accreditation is an advantage
    • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design interfaces.
    • Excellent leadership, motivating and delegation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
    • Ability to contribute to the team's digital initiative and automation of processes
    • Excellent organisational skills and has a proactive approach to task management
    • Minimum 10 years of related work experience including at least 8 years of design experience of significant scale and complex projects in the field of architecture, structures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, or civils (roads and drainage).
