    NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - 250k-400k PHP / Month

    Remote - Work form Home

    BPO / Offshore / Outsourcing

    Our client is in search of a National Sales Director who will be responsible for leading and coaching a national sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve and exceed the sales objectives established by the company
    • Responsible for hiring new representatives in collaboration with human resources
    • Contributes directly to the development and career path of their representatives by providing support and feedback to correct deficiencies and improve overall performance
    • Ensures that their representatives have an adequate level of knowledge and the skills required to achieve their objectives
    • Participate in the development of the division's business strategy in collaboration with the management team
    • Develops and ensures business relationships with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
    • In collaboration with the marketing department, contributes to the development of marketing tools at the regional and national level when required
    • Organizes and leads periodic regional and national team meetings
    • Participate as a member of a work team in compensation plans and the setting of objectives

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in BPO and Outsourcing is preferred
    • 5 to 7 years of experience as a team and performance manager
    • Have in-depth knowledge of selling products to specialists
    • Knowledge of reimbursement mechanisms and patient programs will be an asset
    • Demonstrated performance in differentiating yourself (approach, access) from the competition with customers
    • Strong business acumen and very good scientific knowledge
    • Have a strategic approach and the ability to make decisions considering short and long term impacts
    • Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, sense of initiative, creativity and autonomy
    • Superior teamwork, 'coaching' and excellent communication skills
    • Must be able to travel across the country to work with representatives and our clients
    • Very good general computer skills (must master all the features of the Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
