- Formulate optimal solution as required by business and customers

- Escalate related issues to partners, vendors and/or service providers
- Updates document monitoring system (DMS) and customer relationship system (CRM)
- Attend trainings and seminars to improve knowledge and skills (HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux etc.)
- Create necessary operational reports, check-ups and validations
- Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, maintaining forms and other documents for processing.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- NCII Computer Hardware Servicing Certificate
- Knowledgeable on Networking
- Subnetting
- TCP/IP
- Router
- Firewall
- Switches
- Access Points
- Knowledgeable on Microsot/Linux that includes:
- Command Line (Powershell, Bash)
- Server Roles (Active Directory/FreeIPA, Web Servers, Mysql/Mssql etc.)
