- Reviews preliminary checking of draft agreements before endorsement to immediate head for initial approval.
- Manages compliance with all loan covenants, undertakings, and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate potential risks of covenant breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Strengthen collaboration with partner banks, and internal departments.
- Ensure audit readiness and complete documentation of all CTS and CTS-related activities.
- Supports immediate head in process and system improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or Economics. CPA, CMA, CFA, CTP or MBA is an advantage.
- At least eight (8) years progressive experience in treasury preferably in real estate, financial institutions or related industries with a minimum of six (6) years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in CTS management, contract review, facility documentation, compliance and, risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications, ERP/Treasury Systems, i.e. SAP TRM, SAP exposure is preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, dashboard and ability to use collaboration tools
- Proficiency in setting performance targets and actionable outcomes
- Knows how to allocate available resources, timeline management, compliance reporting and risk assessment
- Process and workflow optimization – able to identify inefficiencies and implement business process improvement
- Understands financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cost-control.

JOB SUMMARY
The Consumer Loans Management Head is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Contract-To-Sell (CTS) Financing of SMDC Group (SMDC and Subsidiaries). The role ensures that existing CTS facilities are available at all times and ready for utilization to support the liquidity requirements of the SMDC Group, when needed. It also ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all CTS transactions and facility documentations, both new and existing, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The role supervises the CTS Team to minimize risks and ensure that the CTS Facilities are effectively utilized.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facility Documentation, Compliance to Developer's Obligation and Risk Management
Management of CTS End-To-End Process
Oversee the activities from account endorsement to banks, accounts review, availment, and settlement documentation, complete monitoring and recording, both manual and system based, reconciliation, and reporting.
Institutionalization of Policies and Procedures
Ensure audit readiness and complete documentation of all CTS and CTS-related activities.
Business Process Improvement
Leadership and Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Consumer Loans Mgt. team.
