- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with allied health professionals, educational institutions, and industry organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the allied health sector.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and progress towards hiring goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or allied health industry.
- Knowledge of allied health professions, certifications, and licensing requirements.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
