    Education

    • BS Degree Holder, preferably BS in Industrial Engineering.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • At least Three (3) years experience in systems analysis, methods studies, process mapping, and technical writing, Two (2) years of which as Policies and Process Solutions Analyst IC2.
    • Broad knowledge of CP&P

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops and communicates Corporate Policies and Procedures (CP & P) on fundamental processes and significant cross-functional transactions of the Company.
    • Assists Business/Line Heads and Process Owners in the evaluation, development, and implementation of internal working procedures and guidelines.
    • Supports major Company programs by providing guidance on cross-functional responsibilities and developing end-to-end policy and process solutions.

    Skilled Level Position. Performs with matured competency the following functions:

    1. Reviews and evaluates cross-functional initiatives, practices, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of vital resources and alignment with organizational relationships, fundamental policies and strategic directions of the Company.
    2. Develops/Updates Company Practices, including process maps and forms, through close coordination with responsible units and analysis of guidelines, methods, procedures and inter-dependent activities. Identifies issues/gaps and provides policy and process solution.
    3. Develops/Updates Administrative Orders on top level initiatives and fundamental business policies of the Company.
    4. Facilitates the development/Update of Personnel Manual and relevant Human Resources (HR) policies in close coordination with the HR Policy Owners.
    5. Participates in Team discussions and linkage meetings of various company projects. Designs and recommends applicable policy and process solutions.
    6. Communicates cross-functional CP&P documents to all Officers, Executives and relevant employees and ensures dissemination of critical information to all personnel who are responsible for implementation.
    7. Assists Business/Line Heads and various Process Owners in the review, development, and integration of internal process maps, manuals and other documents that are designed to comply with the financial control requirements of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Act.
    8. Provides consultancy services to requesting organizational units on matters pertaining to policies and procedures within Company organization.
    9. Designs Company official forms, approves and coordinates with concerned units the form's printing requirements and specifications.
    10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
