    Experience

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Business Consultant OR senior level operational experience in any technology industry (preferably in Telco/ IT/ Banking/ Communications)
    • Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) or Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) expertise is strongly preferred.
    • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
    • Project Management Certified

    Policy Strategy and Planning:

    Recommend critical policy focal points based on the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

    Co-create a comprehensive policy roadmap that enables the future workforce.

    Policy Development & Management:

    • Lead the complete policy development lifecycle (for NEW/Emerging organizational requirements), from research to implementation.
    • Research existing policies, industry norms or benchmarks, and regulations to create or update policies.
    • Predict upcoming trends and challenges to make policies more effective.
    • Draft clear, concise policy documents that comply with laws and standards.
    • Ensure policies are in line with laws and regulations.
    • Establish a systematic policy review process involving key stakeholders.

    Policy and Process Risk Impact Analysis

    • PERFORMS risk impact analysis on NEW policies/policy enhancements and RECOMMENDS mitigating activities (using OCM principles) of policy changes on the ff:
    • operations efficiency
    • organizational set-up
    • employee morale
    • customer experience

    Process Governance:

    • DEFINE and EXECUTE a roadmap of critical process areas for review in all People Group pillars.
    • Collaborate with People Group pillars to improve controls and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Internal Audit for proactive improvements.
    • Implement process improvement using global process and quality frameworks and methodologies.

    Management:

    • Managed project execution of policy/process development and strategic initiatives.
    • Define project structure and interfaces for tasks.
    • Conduct formal project reviews with sponsors.
    • Document project scope, activities, and performance.
    • Ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget.

    Stakeholder Management:

    -Foster dynamic collaborations with units /pillars within People group and all critical partners both internal (decision makers and SMEs) and external stakeholders (regulatory representatives) at every critical

    • decision-making level throughout the entirety of policy development.
    • Actively pursue their input, feedback, and viewpoints to guarantee the policy's relevance and efficacy.

    Skills Capability Development:

    -Coach team members and PG partners (Knowledge transfer) on the ff:

    • Principles of Business Process Management
    • Relevant/Applicable process improvement framework and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, QMS-based Process Audit, Value Stream x Mapping)

    -Ensures adoption of new skills and techniques thru regular upskilling and recertification
