    About the Role:

    Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

    Role Type: Full-time

    Department: Wires/Pipes

    Work Schedule: 5-day work week

    As a Quality Control Engineer, you will ensure the highest levels of product quality and adherence to quality standards within our organization. He/she will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining quality control processes and systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Implements, and manages quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
    • Conducts thorough inspections and tests of products, components, and materials to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
    • Analyzes quality data, including inspection results, non-conformities, and customer feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Leads investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions
    • Maintains comprehensive records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.

    To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

    • Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably a licensed engineer.
    • At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Background in ISO 9000.
    • Knowledge in the extrusion process or PVC compounding is an advantage.
