- Report validation (Inventory, Sales Report, Cash Collections, Purchases).
- Payroll Processing including related government remittances, vacation/sick leave monitoring including payout and payslip.
- Accounts Payable Processing.
- Government Reporting.
- Reconciles balance sheet accounts for proper adjusting entries.
- Review and analyze invoices and other financial documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and process business transactions.
- Prepare daily financial reports and participates in weekly team meetings with executives.
- Work collaboratively with other accounting officers within the organization.
- Analyze, initiate, and implement best practices and procedures in the accounting department.
- Establish accounting controls to generate various financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance and day-to-day tasks.
- Establish financial controls to reduce costs.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Management; Preferably a CPA.
- At least 5 years experience in a related field.
- Has a good understanding of Financial and Accounting Principles.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Results-oriented.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Accounting Software System.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Strong English communications skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work onsite in our office in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
