Contact Centre and UC Presales Engineer
Location: Makati, Metro Manila

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Presales Engineer based in Makati. Responsible for providing expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales process, including understanding customer requirements, assisting with proposal development and product presentations and demonstrations. The Technical Presales Engineer will also collaborate with the Support and Development team for system implementation and support.
Qualifications
· Broad UC and telecom knowledge
· Solid background in Contact Centre deployment and operation
· Familiarity with Microsoft technologies
· Knowledge of mobile radio communications an asset
· Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presenting technical solutions
· Understanding of customer requirements and ability to propose suitable solutions
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
