Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and clients within the financial services sector (Banking and Insurance).
- Identify and pursue opportunities with existing and potential key accounts and clients, build a solid pipeline.
- Build strong relationships not only with key clients but also with internal stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with delivery units during the business development phase as well as during the operations phase as needed.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- Broad understanding and passion for current technology trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications in creating and sustaining competitive advantage and transforming business.
- Ability to understand, contextualize and effectively communicate the business value of digital technologies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT or business related course.
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in account/client management in a service capacity (not product selling), preferably in banks/insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
